China's automotive lighting industry is an emerging industry that has developed with the rapid development of the automotive industry in the past decade. In recent years, it has maintained a rapid growth trend, and automotive lamp manufacturing companies have also been accompanied by joint ventures with foreign companies and their own research and development and The improvement of production capacity has achieved rapid development. The first domestic LED car lamp was the Santana high-position brake lamp jointly developed by Shanghai Automotive Electronics Engineering Center and Shanghai Koito Automotive Lamp Development Co., Ltd. and certified by Shanghai Volkswagen in 1999. Since then, the development of LED lights has been very slow. In recent years, the rapid development of the automotive industry has driven the development of LED lights in my country.
In order to realize the localization of car parts, domestic companies have adopted technology cooperation, joint ventures and other forms to introduce lamp design, manufacturing and testing technologies from Japan, Germany and France. Some enterprises have conducted independent research and development through the combination of production, education and research.
At present, the overall research capability of my country's automotive lamp industry is still not as good as that of foreign developed countries, and there is still a large gap. The specific performance is as follows:
Technical aspects: Although my country has basically mastered the design and manufacturing technology of lamps and lanterns, its independent innovation ability is poor, and there is still a large gap in the research and development of high-end lamps and lanterns. The tracking and digestion and detection technology of foreign advanced standards need to be improved.
Product development: Insufficient investment in human resources and materials, low level of core technology research and development, lack of leading figures, long development cycle, low penetration of electronic simulation and other technologies, light guide, AFS and LED and other technologies have not yet been systematically researched and applied.
In terms of management and quality: The core enterprise 7 has established a more standardized management system, applied more advanced management techniques, and achieved results. However, there are still some enterprises that are too formal in their management and lack control over product quality.
Equipment and technology: my country's current equipment and technology are uneven. The main equipment and processes of the wholly-owned enterprises are imported from abroad. They have obvious technical advantages and are matched with high-end products, but the scale is not large. However, most domestic enterprises produce low-end and medium-end products with low automation and backward technological equipment, making it difficult to compare with the international advanced level. There are still gaps in mold manufacturing technology, molding technology, surface treatment technology and other aspects of high-end products.
In terms of materials and costs: the domestic materials of some key parts cannot reach the advanced level abroad. At present, the materials supporting domestic high-end vehicles are still imported from Germany and Japan, which increases the cost; at the same time, the labor productivity of domestic high-end products is low.
In terms of enterprise scale: the scale is small and the concentration is low, making it difficult to compete with foreign multinational groups.
